Personal Training

Personal training is in essence, one on one or small group training for any individual’s fitness goals, wants, and needs. Our personal trainers, here at Eastlake Training Center, are all certified who specialize in a vast variety of training methods and styles that include: strength and conditioning, H.I.I.T., functional fitness (TRX, Kettlebell, Boot Camp, calisthenics, etc.), aesthetic weight training, speed and agility, and CrossFit. Here at ETC, we motivate our clients by coming together to set individual fitness goals, giving encouraging and correctional feedback, and being a source for strength and accountability. We take pride in conducting proper assessments to determine the fitness level of the client.
